Developing a website can be a daunting task but Warwickshire Web Design has developed a process to make it easy! We will launch your website in 6 easy steps.
1. Firstly – give us a call. Warwickshire Web Design is a local company and believes it is important to offer a face-to-face service. We want to understand your business requirements so we can develop the best solution to suit your needs. The initial consultation allows us to do this. This can be booked at a time convenient to you (i.e. out of office hours).
2. Initial consultation. At the initial consultation you can explain what your business does and what you want your website to achieve. We will explain to you who we are and what we do. Should you choose to select one of our packages we can look at an assortment of possible template designs and discuss with you the main pages of your new website. If you require a tailored design the consultant will clarify your requirements and meet with you again at a later date to present their recommendations and costings etc. to you.
3. Collection of information. Before we can start to build your website we need to have all the information required. This is any company information you have and want online. This can be any existing leaflets or advertising material you have produced. Pictures such as your company logo and photographs of past work are also great to include on the website. The consultant assigned to your account will help you collect this information.
4. Development of website. Your consultant will then advise the website designer on the build. The designer will work on the colour scheme, layout and the presentation of the information you have provided. Any programming (i.e. forms etc) required will also be completed at this stage.
5. Presentation of website. We will then present the finished website to you. If you prefer, we can do this at your own office or home (computer with internet connection required) at a time that suits you. You will then have time to check through the website before launch. Once you are happy with the finished product we are ready to go online.
6. Launch of website. Your domain name (www.yourname.co.uk) will then be pointed to your website. Your company now has become part of the online community allowing 33 million people in the UK to access your business.
